Surcharge B – Infrastructure Repairs

Leavitt Lake Community Services District is proposing Surcharge B, an additional $8.46 per month for one year. Funds collected through this temporary surcharge will be used to address critical infrastructure and equipment repairs, including repairs to Well No. 1, our primary usable water source, as well as other necessary system repairs.

Surcharge B will be processed in accordance with Proposition 218 requirements, including the required notice and opportunity for property owners to participate in the process. The surcharge is intended to provide dedicated funding for these immediate repair needs while minimizing the impact on the District’s regular operating budget.
